It’s gorgeous! I am really impressed with how great it looks. So what are you putting there? New kitchen in the downstairs? And what’s going upstairs? Master bedroom?

Yup. Kitchen and living space in the downstairs and master suite upstairs with a master bath and four (that’s right – I said four) closets. Woo hoo!
